First UC statement missing elements

Hi everyone
I'm pretty sure my mum's first UC statement is missing the LCWRA element which she's entitled to from the start of her claim because she moved from ESA support group to UC.
Do I tell them through the journal and which option do I pick to report it to them?

Hi,
Yes, you're right it's missing LCWRA. You can send a journal message but they won't add it until they get the confirmation from ESA.
As there is no LCWRA, Work Coach messages should still get through in this case. But generally I would advise using the Payments heading instead once the claim is active.

Hi , thank you so much for replying so I go on her journal and pick payment and explain it's missing LCWRA? Want to double check I've got it right

Yes, that's right.

@OverlyAnxious thanks I've just put a message up and chose payment rather than work coach because I'm not sure what a work coach can do if they are even the ones who contact ESA so I did it under payment. Hope it won't take too long for them to get back and chase it up with ESA because it's that portion of her payment that we use to pay most of our bills and we're gonna fall behind if they take too long
