Do you have a bungalow @Ranald ? I'm still getting used to mine but very grateful I have it (council). You come in the front door and on left is little kitchen, on right is little shower room, opposite front door is door to living room and inside there (reasonable size facing back garden) is a door to the left which is the bedroom. I'm sure you really needed to know all that ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ.

I just find it weird that the bedroom is off the living room although I don't know where I expect it to be. I'd like there to be a corridor but there isn't but that's the least of my problems! I'm lucky to have a roof over my head so a corridor is really neither here nor there! It's warmer in here since the roof was replaced in March, I'll be very grateful if that's still noticeable in the winter!

'Boring beggar game' ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ love it ha ha ha just be thankful i fell asleep ! I might have to start a new 'Really Boring' thread, I'd be in my element ๐Ÿ˜‚ and could outdo the best bores.

I have neighbours each side but mine is a corner one almost detached as only joined to one by a covered ginnel. Or 'snicket' as its called in some areas, maybe Yorkshire way. My eldest dog is called Snicket but wasn't named after an alleyway but after 'a series of unfortunate events' by Lemony Snicket as he only came here after I lost two in a week. I'd never heard of a Snicket, came across it was a question on The Chase.

I've never met 4 of my neighbours who have carers coming in and only met another because he was going in a diabetic coma (i hadnt got their yet I swear!) and his wife came to me for help whilst waiting for the ambulance so off i went, scurrying as fast as my hips with spasms and swollen ankles and walking stick would allow. His wife in her 80s had to help me up! Could not get up off the floor , thought I'd need the paramedics myself. He recovered well thankfully.

My original next door neighbour sadly died and the police detective came to take a statement from me, I had to keep disappearing to the loo and I kept thinking he was eyeing me suspiciously as I couldn't quite remember when I'd last saw my neighbour. It was actually the Easter Monday, 4 days previously, as I recalled him going for a takeaway. They found the remnants in the top of his outside bin another of the detectives told me so I knew i was off the hook.

He was a decent fellow he kept himself to himself we all do really. When I moved in he asked if I've got any Status Quo cds that I don't want he'd have them. I went to give him two that I found and he tutted and said no I've already got them. ha ha.

Reality was very sad really and as I need to lose a stone or so, my dogs would have a reasonable meal I suppose.

Apart from my parents ex council house, I'd always lived in small, period style cottages 1870s and, an old malting apartment in Herts. This is I think c 1950s/60s. I miss character and history of a building but I've got a new roof yeh!!

Another neighbour a fellow animal lover rang for help last year with a dying hedgehog she found. We buried it together (after its demise) shedding a few tears for our prickly friend. I took a nice little cardboard box that had previously contained a clock it fitted in snuggly amongst the fairy tissue paper, she seemed to really appreciate that (the neighbour). She rang me Sunday about a dying little bird. I was willing to help but warned her I had double pneumonia and wasn't sure if it was viral or bacterial as she has very young great grandchildren I didn't want her catching it so she declined and buried it herself (after its demise).

You still their? Hope I've not induced a coma ha ha.

A similarly new thread could help for us with insomnia. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿคฃ. I hope you have a good, more interesting day than mine although I'm off for an xray. Oh the excitement ๐Ÿ˜‚

Oh the excitement is just too much. I've booked too much in a day, Xray 9am, amazon delivery for new small fan for bedroom, evri dog meat delivery, pharmacy bringing meds, Psychotherapy appt 5pm on phone. Up down like a blue ***** ๐Ÿชฐ when im supposed to be resting ๐Ÿคฃ It's only 12ft to walk/hobble to my front door but dogs will go ape ๐Ÿ™„. I cant imagine the days when no-one delivered anything much apart from post and mineral oh and coal man.

    I've seen the dr

Still waiting for a cardiology appointment

She did my. BP and pulse

    116 72 95 pulse

The apaxiban was giving me stomach cramps so Friday another Dr gave me lansapeazole to stop the cramping

That has worked but I'm. Openinh my bowels 5 times a day

She felt my tummy, was feeling for lumps bumps clots.. Said timmy is soft so ok

I'm to let her know if I get any black tarry stools or any blood and if I keep going more than 3 times a day

She is going to lowerthe dose of the lanprazole after I finished this pack

I can't take beta blockers as I have a bad intolerance to them

She's going to write to the cardiology and ask for alternative then ring me

    I. Feel like a guinea pig

I don't waht to be on all these meds
