Universal credit migration successful!

I’ve had my first UC statement today and I’m in shock because it’s all correct! LCWRA and transitional protection there. Alternative payment arrangements in place.
I wanted to post to let people know that it can go right. Maybe I’m just lucky. My advice is to use your journal as soon as you have access. Tell them you are migrating from ESA and request alternative payments and a biographical phone call to verify ID if that’s what you want.
The only issue I’ve had is a letter from housing benefit that didn’t make sense.

Can someone please get me a paper bag to breathe into? I'm feeling a tad faint! 😆
Seriously though, thank you for this @Hopeless it's always good to hear about peoples positive outcomes, we only ever hear when things go wrong and that's never fun for anyone.

Great news @Hopeless. Really pleased for you. 🙌 Hopefully you can make sense of your housing association letter with a call to the council?

I did phone the council about the housing benefit letter. The lady I spoke to didn’t really understand it either! But she said I didn’t owe anything. I think they just count the 2 week run-on as coming from a different pot of money so they’ve reimbursed themselves.

Aww good, least you know you don't owe anything @Hopeless 😊
