Do You Care What Happens To The Online Forum?

Do you think we are kept up to date with what is happening on the forum?
Rubin, folk will still ask those questions even if there was a F&Q section, folk want personal interaction with other folk. Yes it might be annoying seeing the same questions daily but there is a real person asking that question for themself, a bog standard fact doesn't always cut it.

Do you think the forum has too much political/benefit discussions?
"folk want personal interaction with other folk."
They are free to start their own thread and use that as a chat room instead of bombarding the forum on a daily basis.

A solution would be for the forum to have a filter option for the feed. That way we could filter out categories we're not interested in.

Thank you for your contribution to this discussion. I have not noticed you upsetting anyone. Take care.

Totally agree. No matter how detailed any FAQ is, people will still ask the same questions, not because they have missed something, but because they are looking for genuine connection. It’s not just about information, it’s about feeling heard.
A forum that stops listening or becomes selective in what they want to discuss doesn’t become more efficient, it just starts to feel cold.
Personally, I often skip the main thread and head straight to the category sections. It’s a great filter you only need to engage with the topics you are actually interested in. You’d be surprised how many conversations, completely unrelated to benefits or politics, are sitting there overlooked, just waiting for a response.

Thank you to everyone for your thoughtful input here. It's certainly giving us a lot to discuss. 😁
