I can relate so much to what your saying I'm the same just awful I hope you manage to get some peace I hate my mind wish could be happy and enjoy life never had really but still early the day can get better

@Albus_Scope @Catherine21 thank you . nothing can be done. i can only hope i will feel better later on. and maybe tomorrow will be better. i can not control it. i just got days a bit better than others. this weather does not help. it is too hot. i had a bad night. not as bad as the day before yesterday. But this heat is just too hot and humid. I hope next week will be below 20 degrees c. i just live always scared about everything,,,, i wish i could take things in a different way. but i guess i am a bit too old to learn now.

Honestly when go to other rooms its like a furnace im so glad i got aircon im blasting it like i have money i will worry about that when summers over lol i think this heat makes me more depressed some people love it i despise I'm always moaning hope your OK

I'm the same unless someone suffered it they would never understand my mum never has I've been told to pull myself together think of people worse than me it's the sadness that comes with it I said same to albus as well I think this weather makes me worse Mondays meant to be cooler I will try a walk then we have had months of stress and uncertainty it's left us shattered we have to regain strength being on red alert shocks the immune system as I keep saying to myself oneday at a time big hugs

@Catherine21 I gave up on my family long time.ago. I know they will never understand. So I just stick with people who really understand what I am going through or at least they try. Thanks .. and I hope Monday will be colder . I am ok as long as it doesn't rain..

Im the same too, blinds drawn and fans on. It seemed a little cooler today but it doesn't now. My youngest has gone to London zoo today, I hope he is OK, he is reluctant to take his jersey zip jacket off come winter he will only wear his woolen jacket, he doesn't do coats. I battled him when he was younger but soon realised I wasn't ever going to win.

@Schildpad I hope you start feeling better soon. Thinking of you during this difficult time.
