It was Timms that said over State Pension age would not be affected by the 4 point rule. The 4 point rule has been dropped. I can't see anyone over state pension age being affected until after the Timms review. I can't say anymore until we know the full facts of that review.

I am so glad to see this matter is being discussed as when I read the new bill I could not find anything regarding pensioners. My last Review stated that My PIP would be ongoing. Under the current PIP my understanding is this was to be a ‘light touch’ assessment’. As my condition My Pip has been in place since 2005. With only one appeal during this time resulting with me reporting the nurse to the NMC as her report was totally inaccurate.
