PIP sanctions appeal

Hello my girlfriend has won her appeal to claim pip she was sanctioned from but now DWP sent her letter saying they need more evidence despite bringing the evidence that secured her win? What action should she take? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Was it a tribunal appeal that she won ?
    If so what was the award  and how long ?
    Is the letter from DWP saying that they are requesting a statement of reason ?

    Yes it was tribunal  and she was honest through the whole procedure and she brought all the evidence of her disability. But the letter is stating more reasons  as if they are going out their way of avoiding paying her but I'll get back toyou with more information asap. Thanks for the response. Greatly appreciated.

    Unfortunately it seems to becoming practice for the DWP to ask the Tribunal for a statement of reason for their decision. They then examine this to see if there is any legal reason to take the case to the upper tribunal for a ruling. In most cases the end result is a delay in paying the benefit.

    So is their any legal way to stop them from delaying it. Because it sounds like what they are doing is coming across as bullying and harrassment. And the fact they  took away the money she needed out if some beurocratic agenda borders on extortion.

    Unfortunately, when the judge is asked for an SOR there is no time limit for them to do so. The only thing you can do is ring the tribunal clerk occasionally for an update, but don't harass them. Give it at least a month before you ring. These very seldom result in an eror of law so the DWP will eventually backdate her money.

    Thanks you  for the replies they are greatly appreciated if anything more comes up I'll let you know  and hopefully it might work out but I'll try n get some legal advice from citizens advisers in case. Once again thanks to everyone who responded. Hope things are going ok for all of you as well.
