Oh sorry to hear that can be very painful chest infections I hope you can shake it soon week my hand it was weird knuckle went swollen then and almost black and looked like spreading I sprayed magnesium and took tablets hospital gave me when my face had went numb it's absolutely fine a couple days later I'm sure I have auto immune problem oh I can imagine Sam is keeping you on your toes and biting them as well 😊 hope you get better soon

My day is going okay, I slept most of the day but since I've been up I've cleaned the flat so I'll take that as a win.

Went out .. a friend called. I have not seen her in a long long time. No it was nice.. Now in bed. In pain but it was nice to leave home instead of getting depressed. In pain but I hope I will sleep today.. till tomorrow.... good night..

@Catherine21 thank you . It was good yesterday . But now I am anxious about tomorrow.. that UC appointment. I. Hope it goes well.. and it is enough for the UC move... But I don't know I will know tomorrow...

I'd be the same when my time comes apparently your in and out but I understand when it's my time I be shaking it's just my nature people I know who done it don't care I'm like you not nervous gosh wish I could be the same goodluck tomorrow o

@Catherine21 thanks.. i hope it will.. my journal says proof i am paying rent and address . hopefully that will be enough. i have no energy to keep fighting. but i am almost sure they will be more appointments and more evidence.. i hope not……. now watching dvds.. i found them all of them and i have a fair few.. watching tinker tailor soldier spy, anyway.. i hope tomorrow it will be ok.
