Hi, my name is pennyLeo! Panicked about UC migration, any advice?

Hi everyone
I have applied for UC after receiving a migrate letter I was on the support group ESA. I think I rushed into it I had till October but I panicked and made the application with a friend s help . I found problem with my ID so UC is calling me tomorrow. Any advice
