Hi, I am looking for advice re Pension Credit. I have been refused 3 times over the years. The last time (yesterday) I actually rang them for an explanation. I was told it was because my adult son who lives at home s unemployed, on UC, gets carers allowance for me. I was told if he cancels it and reapply I should be able to get it. I was told by someone that was wrong and anything my son earns shouldn't be taken into consideration. I rang PC again for clarity. This time the guy told me that I had been misinformed and that my son just living with me is the reason I can't get PC. I know people getting it who have aadult child living at home and who's daughter works part time. I am getting confused with all the misinformation even from PC advisors.
