Its a beautiful sunny day here and the start of the holiday season in the popular seaside town where I live.

I am dreading the next few months because we will have to endure to so much disruption going about our daily lives.

I am going out later today but racking my brains trying to think of going somewhere that I may be able to sit down and enjoy the sunshine.

Afternoon.. i got a payment from ESA. But 100 quid or so less than what I normally get. I am still scared about the final figure I will get in August... Anyway. I am doing the stuff I do on Fridays..a bit only from 2 to 4 ISH. So back home before 5..

Quiet Day, didn’t get up until 1. Spent the afternoon listening to music and watching tv. Then after five months I’ve reached out to friends to talk which is so hard for me. Now sat on the phone to a good mate I’ve been friends with for 19 years.
