Raining here at the moment but very close.
Off to see a physio later because of my bad back, then meet a couple of friends later for a drink.

Woke up in a stinking mood 😡
Might get out for exercise later, but I'm not going to feel guilty if I don't. I've had one day off in the past 9 days.

Just found a message from the Dr's surgery
Dr heard from the cardiology dept and want me to try a med called diltiziem
I googled it, doesn't sound good to me
I. Don't want to feel ill again I'm. Intolerant to beta blockers
I rang the cardiology clinic and asked when will I get an appointment
They said huge back log and I'm looking at November and that's an urgent referral!!

Well. Me and the dog got soaked but we went for that walk. Was painful because clever me forgot the bag to protect my walker seat from rain so no sitting.
Home now. Rest time

Don't feel guilty about it, WW. Don't make a rod for your own back.

Hi. Weather is a bit cooler. It was raining and was very windy. Now sun is out. It feels less sticky than yesterday. Went for a walk.a little bit for for my exercise.. and now I am in pain.., very worry about the future. What money will I get etc .I still need to bring more evidence and I hope it will be enough.. but I am scared about the future.

It's a helavo one. When my car broke down at the start of the year I needed something to help a little until I could get another car. To be honest I wish I'd have gotten one sooner. I can now sit down during dog walks when pain is ramping up rather that hobble round the park in a miserable state!
