Serious electrical fault in new mobility car

I don't know where to turn. I have had to cancel one car as the dealership fitted a **** standard camera which was not installed in build. I then was ordered a second car. Camera added at build but first 100miles three times my power steering and electrics failed. They have had it a month trying to sort it.
I was driving at 70mph on one of the occasions and am now scared to drive it. What can I do

Hi,
Have you spoken to Motability about the issues? They own the car, you just lease it from them.
Have the garage suggested what the fault might be or if it is a common issue with that model?

The issue is because they stopped the option of having a camera installed after it was ordered. So they added it a different way. This caused the major electric issues. Motability are aware. They have said because I already came out of the first contract (due to not being given correct information regarding camera) It could go against me if I come out of this one as well. Neither time was my fault though it was down to dealership

Have you tried changing the dealership, I seem to remember that is an option, if you have a problem with a dealership?

The dealership isn't at fault. The manufacturing line is at fault. To be fair the dealership themselves have done all they can for me. Doesn't make feel confident to drive a car that could have caused a major crash
