am i entitled to the mobility component when in receipt of NHS continuing healthcare?

I live in a care home with nursing i have multiple disabilities and complex needs, Recently my wav was taken off me as the DWP had stopped paying the mobility component DLA/PIP.

Because of the complexity of my needs I am in receipt of NHS çontinuing healthcare.

Can you tell me if I am entitled to the mobility component as I have read online that people receiving NCH are the treated as if they are in hospital setting
