Hello @mitzidad16 and welcome to the community.

The first question is have you received a copy of the assessment report and asked for a mandatory review?

We have benefit advisers who may be able to assist, you can post to them directly at https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/ask-a-benefits-advisor

    Hi @mitzidad16

Sorry to hear that things are still not sorted for you. Did you request a mandatory review?

I appreciate that for some people there may be some reluctance to discuss things on an open community like this one. If this is the case please consider calling the Scope helpline on 0808 800 3333 and speak to one of the trained staff who would be happy to advise you.
