in Universal Credit (UC)

Hi people, im kim and recently joined.

i have recently gone from working full time to part time as i have Complex PTSD. i have started intense therapy which leaves me exhausted for days after. So the universal credit have sent tme a form to fill in on how this affects me. I have completed it but just wanted to know can they make me go for an assessment at a center. I have social anxiety and have mentioned it on my forms.

    Most assessments are done by telephone. If a face to face is booked, you can request a phone call instead.
