Worried about my PIP application

I have my telephone assessment tomorrow,I’m so very anxious they phoned me yesterday to ok the assessment to go ahead with myself is that something they always do,I’m dreading the call,I was awarded standard Daily last time this is a review I think I’m not sure my award was to end in June 25 but was extended till June 26 I sent my form back off in November 24 I’m so worried,has anybody had their award stay the same award change or award stopped on the telephone assessment,I’ve a few health conditions which do effect my every day and some days mobility but heard so many stories I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis last year which on my last form I told them but my doctor never backed me up on,I also suffer with degenerative osteo something of my t spine which limits me,I think I’m just getting so anxious as I’m hearing stories about people been refused for psoriatic arthritis can anybody give me some advice please

I’m just getting myself all anxious,that you’ve already explained in the forms which in it self is anxious then to have to go through this part to prove yourself it’s awful
