I've been calling PIP for several days and they haven't answered the call.

    Hi there @sakina and welcome to the community.

    we often suggest calling as soon as the lines open in the morning, that's your best bet for getting through to someone, but you can still be looking at a fair wait. You just need to hang on.

    I'm calling again early in the morning and there's no answer. My call is important. Please call my number {personal information removed by moderator} with a Spanish interpreter online. Thanks!

    This is a help forum run by Scope, a charity.

    They are unable to arrange a call from PIP to you.

    You need to ring PIP yourself and keep holding, until you reach a person. You could be on hold for an hour or more.

    Calling soon after they open can mean a shorter wait.
