Any foodbanks without referral?

Hi hope this is allowed ,recently moved into a new home afer being homeless since november , waiting for my uc payment this week and until then I am literally fund and foodless , does anybody know anywhere I can use a foodbank in the liverpool area without a referral , ive literally ate 5 boiled eggs since tuesday and the thought of having to survive on an empty stomach for another 4 dayas is daunting , never been this bad before just I have had to pay my own rent from my benefits as the enhanced review team are inept
