I am trying to contact the DWP in order to answer their request to fill in a Benefits Review document. Unfortunately, said online review form won’t recognise my NI number, so I can proceed no further. What do I do now?

The DWP is a massive organisation. Most humans there only deal in one area. Which benefit is this review for?

Could you be inputting O as 0 or I as 1 or something?
Other than that all I can think is to go in to local jobcentre or email the complaint dept1 -
I have made an appointment with my local AGE UK Hub and hopefully we'll get it sorted out soon. Thanks for your input.
