Council Tax confusion: Where did they get this figure from? Doesn't correspond to any UC amount.

I recently migrated to UC from ESA. One of my concerns was that I would have to pay more council tax as I have heard that many people have been hit with highe CT bills after migrating. I was very pleased, therefore, to receive a revised CT bill which confirmed that I am still eligible for the same discounts.

However, what is very confusing, is the amount they state in the letter as my 'net weekly income'. The amount is £96.97. This does not correspond to any of the elements of UC at all. I receive the standard allowance, the LCWRA, full housing allowance and transitional protection.

Does anyone have any idea where the council will have got this figure from? I'm presuming the DWP but as I say, it doesn't correspond to anything! I'm scared to ring either the council or the DWP in case they say "sorry, our mistake, you actually owe heaps more CT!"
