@Kimi87 thanks yes I passed the biographical by questions only I know, just got to take passport, NHS card and bank card.. hopefully that's that.

Your claimant commitment will just be to say 'yes' when asked if you will update them of all changes in future. That's the easy bit. 🙂

I'm not sure whether you're having a biographical call to confirm ID or whether this is a just a 'setup' call where you give them payment bank details etc so not sure exactly what they'll ask this time.

No nothing really just answering questions like my address & first pets name & my dads profession.. She told me to write on journal about housing benefit straight to landlord & told me what to take to the jobcentre. Nothing else about what i was stressing about other day.
