Hi @nurdin
Welcome to the community, if you have been denied at mandatory reconsideration then your options are either to accept that decision or to go to appeal.
I understand that this may be stressful to you, we have some videos about the process that might explain a little more.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67tDSlsityY

If you have no award in payment then you can make a new application straight away..
You can do this even if you make an appeal to the tribunal
.
Things to be aware of if you choose to do this.
If you make a new claim you will also get a new decision
Any new decision supercedes any previous decision, even if made by the tribunal
If your appeal is successful, any decision made by the panel will only apply up until the new claim decison. So, if the panel award you enhanced for both, that will only apply until the new claim decision. If the new claim decision is standard both then that is what you will receive from that date.
You can withdraw your new claim any time up until a decision is made. So if you receive a tribunal decision that you are happy with, you can withdraw your new claim and keep the tribunal award.
If your appeal is unsuccessful then by starting a new claim now you will have saved time
A new claim also comes with a new right of appeal
Best of luck with what you decide to do
