in Start here and say hello!

I am suffering with mental illness. I know just like millions of others. But I am me and while very greatful my issues are individually mine.

I need help. I am 65 and nearly retirement age but financially will have to carry on working but reducing my days. My issues are work and life's journey related I belive

Thank you for being there with an ear and for helping me understand myself.

    hi there and welcome to this forum unfortunately I don't know much about retirement and pensions but I would recommend that you reach out to someone about your mental health by calling Smaritons, texting Shout or phoning the Scope helpline they will be able to support you.

    I would also     recommend that you visit our mental health thread for some moral support. As well as this I would recommend that you visit the coffee lounge for a general chat or the games den for some fun.
