Hi im getting a Id phone call tomorrow was told i can also tell them of other things..

i have a opt out of serps pension. i was advised to do back in the 90's. it has little amount in it. Do i need to tell the DWP about when they call.

    Also im 53 and not claiming nothing from the pension. its says it would pay out £495 a yr by 2037

    Hi,

    Money in a pension pot that you cannot currently access due to age does not need to be declared to UC.
