I'd be careful with information from the Together Assoc @Catherine21 they seem to be very skewed in their views and appear to be very anti everything good. 😆

I understand the world is a pretty terrifying place right now, with so much going on. We have so many sources of information these days, it can get really overwhelming, especially trying to work out what's real and what's fake and when you're not used to it all, it can really get to you. So please be gentle with yourself @Catherine21
I know it's easier said than done, but maybe take a step back from reading any news related social media for a week? Sometimes a step back can really help the old noggin. 😊

I know your right it just feels everything has changed like I feel it all around not one thing feels the same trying to look for ways to survive moving forward and feel like a child want to be strong and proactive don't know how to I think when your on your own it's hard I prey people are up for a fight because we have to push back

Life was a lot simpler when you didn't pay attention to politics wasn't it haha. 😆
You do need to be so so careful with what you read though. I'd say the majority of sites these days are clickbaiters, or just outright liars. So please don't get too panicky with things you read, there's a very good chance they've been either sensationalised, or are just outright lies and the poster just wants clicks on their profile so they can make some money. If you're not sure about something, just ask, we're all here to help. 😊
We can all do our part, just because we cant get out there on the front lines, it doesn't mean we can't get our voices heard. 😁0 -

I totally understand @Catherine21, it can be so overwhelming, I remember when I first got into politics and back then, there was no internet! But the one piece of advice I can give is "Don't take it personally." and as a wise man once rapped "Don't believe the hype" 😉
As with all things in life, everything in moderation is the key. Don't binge news sites, or tiktok, or any social media, that way madness leads!0 -

No worries at all, I know how bad it can get first hand. 😊
I think today is perfect for a bit of Public Enemy. I might break out the CDs too. 😎0 -
I'm the same, scroll through things, on Facebook. I won't worry about UC , they are sending them out. It's the ID I'm concerned about not having a passport or driving license. Also when they look at your bank statements as I have pets and have monthly pet insurance.
