As long as your legacy benefit is still being paid, you don't need to worry. DWP will write to you soon.

The last thing to worry about should be not receiving the famous invitation letter on time. They still have until end December to send it out. You can worry about anything but not this.
Trust me, you're not missing it, as now you've no frigging journal to keep checking.

It's true, people are nowadays spending an awful lot of time on googling. I find DWP staff in Belfast whom I've been interacting with on my journal nice compared to those at job centres with condescending attitudes.
Sure, you can claim it on the phone and I think it's quicker, as they would tick boxes for you.
My worry is rather about what's coming in October, including the fate of the WCA.
I've got a PC and smart phone, but use a basic phone as my main phone. I only use my smartphone indoors to call people abroad on Whatsapp. I've never been on Facebook, etc.

The timetable was sped up a few months ago.
Letters will now all be sent by the end of September.

@Catherine21 it's best to try and stay calm over this, I know that is definitely easier said than done, but it's the truth. There's still over a month to go for all letters to get sent out. And if it's the DWP, I'm sure some will end up going out late anyway. ๐

Even if your letter is sent out on the last day of September youโd still have 3 months to migrate
