Migration
Hey so I just got my first Uc payment and I dont understand it. Me and my partner was migrated over from esa so as far as I was aware we should be getting paid a transitional protection payment as we was both getting the SDP on esa. As we both had our separate pip claims which entitled us to that.
Today ive been given my breakdown and im £211 less, when I rang to find out she basically said your claim looks correct to me, as i pointed out to her why am I worse off when the transitional payment should be covering the loss from UC from esa where I should be no worse off and she hung up on me. So im none the wiser about what I can do about this, she said there is a transitional protection payment of £200 and something cant remember exactly what she said but this doesnt seam right. Any advice is welcome
