Support and cmht

IIf Somebody has impairments and disability. Can't use Internet phone or access outside world without support.

They have no support network or family or friends and are totally reliant on cmht to support with call Internet to out side world

Here's problem awaiting social services asessment have sufficient evidence. Ambulance been texted due to reliving horrific events and trauma experienced due to rape and reliving event with ptsd the event is being experienced physically causing suicidal thoughts and self harm

Meds not worked for 5 months and cmht notified. And peer support retracted . Due to fear of phone and of males . Only safeguarding available is to text care coordinator then text Ambulance because of no response.

The cmht have on uc there number as unable to answer or make calls .

Are they in there right to send all info uploaded to cqc with care coordinator number as person to call in order to communicate.

It's a desperate measure as each time Ambulance called they call cmht who say they will send someone out but never do and the replays and mh are deteriorating.

Ambulance just advise to text if when reaching out text to cmht doesn't work
