Is there anyone who gets affected my the change in the seasons going from warm to cold . Also the days are shorter etc. I have read lots of stuff about it and what they suggest but I was just curious . Hope this is not intruding.

I get badly affected. It is not so much the temperature, it is more the heavy, depressing grey that gets me. I can cope with cold, and even shorter days, if they are bright. The endless grey today has made me lethargic and weepy. I am dreading winter. I do have a SAD lamp and take vitamins - I think they help a bit - but I still get really down. It helps to share and know I am not alone
