Yes, you can claim Carer's Allowance if you receive Personal Independence Payment (PIP) as long as the person you are caring for is receiving a qualifying disability benefit, such as the daily living component of PIP, Attendance Allowance, or Constant Attendance Allowance. Your PIP payments for yourself will not affect your eligibility for Carer's Allowance.

My auntie is a carer but she been told she can't claim carers as she is pensioner I do a few hrs she said I could claim as only one of the 2 carers can claim I do bout 4 hours out ov 35 she does 31 is that still good for me too claim without any issues thanks for feedback
