Worn out no help

Just moved to wales my son has disabilitys and his twin sister also seen the gp and talked about problems one is constantly falling and getting worse also mood swings my girl has heart pains and think its anxiety but  she can cope with one hour sleep in 48 hours he is same somtimes too i have problems too arthritis they think but since i have moved here and told doctors hes just referring to ped but wasnt willing to help with anything apart from that and its going to be a long wait who can i contact for support ect as i am in the middle of nowere with no help ?

    First port of call .... your LA.

    Carers Assessment through their SS section.

    I assume that both you and your son receive all benefits / allowances currently payable ?

    Under the old system or through Universal Credit ?

    GP practice ... dedicated carers point of contact therein ?

    As for your son , have you made contact with his specific supporting organisation for guidance and advice ?

    Just a few observations to point you in the right direction.

    Hi @nikmia, there are some good resources mentioned above that are definitely worth looking into, including your Local Authority and GP. Let us know how you get on and if we can assist you with anything else. Do make sure you're taking care of yourself too.
