Hi, my name is OzzieDave! Needing help with Alexa interconnection to a LG TV
I am visiting my vision impaired Mum in York and have been trying to find someone tech savvy with Alexa interconnection to a LG TV who has experience in setting up the on/off and channel change function. LG Web site said the tv was compatible but there local technician did not even know this until I highlighted this on there website. So I am still looking for help. Any advice or contacts would be really appreciated as this is making life very difficult for my mum and I am sure lots of others

I tried the customer service at both Alexa and LG and even though they both say it is possible no one seems to have experience actually doing it. But thanks for the suggestion
