Pip award

I’ve just received my message saying pip review complete wait 2wks for the letter I have phoned up and my monthly pay has increased looks like enhanced daily and standard mobility,I received the review message in October saying my review had started my last award was due to end June 25 I’m so confused does that mean they back date payment or not if so when does the money go in after the you’ve received the message saying pip complete.ive been so worried I wasn’t going to get it again as you hear allsorts of stories but feel a relief

If you are due any backpay this often reaches your bank account before the letter arrives 😊

If it was just the standard review, then there's usually no back pay unfortunately.

Yes I’m guessing it was a standard review as they awarded me till June 25 but started review October 24 and today been told I’ve been awarded again but with a increase of award

Oh congratulations on the increase! Unfortunately they don't usually backpay reviews. Unless the review goes to MR or tribunal, then it'll only be back paid to when the DWP made their decision. I really wish they did give everyone back pay though!

I’m not bothered about back pay I just wasn’t sure how it worked,I’m still happy 😊 as you hear really bad experiences with some people,I’m just glad it’s over with it’s been a long 11months,also they’ve said 2029 next review,
