Crmr1 form address for a pip mandatory reconsideration
Hello all, my sister has had an unsuccessful pip claim, scoring 0 points, but since her health has deteriorated rapidly to stage 4 kidney failure resulting in needing dialysis and kidney transplant, we are in the process of doing a CRMR1 form for a mandatory reconsideration with all new evidence. We noticed there actually isn't an address to send the form too and my sister upset chucked the pip decision letter away. Does anyone know where to send the CRMR1 form too? My sister is based in north East Lincolnshirekind regards

Hi @Aaaaa17, sorry to hear your sister's PIP claim has been so tough, especially as it sounds like she's going through a lot right now. You could try ringing the PIP enquiry line. They should be able to tell you the right address to send the mandatory reconsideration:
Telephone: 0800 121 4433
Hope you can get it all sorted soon ☺️

@Rosie_Scope thank you so much, my sister found the address bless her. She's really poorly and weak I hope and pray with all the evidence she been given from all the consultants involved that they listen now.
Kind regards
Angela
