    @Holly_Scope not seen any those but do have Netflix so will have look like fantasy type films were have witches in the storyline hope today will be better pain day think watch great movies channel fixer upper framed for murder

    good morning to everyone hope we all can have a reasonable day feeling bit tired today as the pain in my back was bad in the night so been up lots of hours try find something that helps the painkillers not working and the doctor said on strongest pain relief which is morphine just frustrated when affects me from moving around and get out very rarely my son takes me in my wheelchair but he works long hours so don’t always have time just wish was not this bad give me more freedom

    @Mary_Scope already had one said was on too much of that drug and ideally want me too come lower but try too and pain was unbearable only other option is injection into your spine which block it but long wait list had few years ago helped little bit so think continue too be this bad will go waiting list for one

    I really hope it eases a bit for you soon @xodza, I have a family member who had a steroid injection into her knee a couple of months ago and it seemed to help her mobility and pain a bit so if you do have one, hopefully it will be the same for you. How are you feeling today? Are you watching any movies?

    @Mary_Scope not as bad as yesterday pain still bad when try standing up hopefully will work watch the auora Teagarden three bedroom one corps on great movie channel how are you feeling today @Mary_Scope have you watched any movie suggestions yet I did watch the Mayfair witches was good suggestion

    I am glad it has eased a bit and you're not in as much pain as yesterday @xodza, I am feeling good thank you😊

    I haven't got round to them yet but they are on my list for when we have a rainy day and all I want to do is get in my dressing gown and a watch a film! When I do, I will definetly let you know what I thought and we'll have a chat about it😄

    I recently watched The Rumour on Channel5 and thought that was quite good, that was a bit of a thriller and a "who really is the murderer" guessing game, have you seen that?
