Hi I have just had my appeal for esa refused I suffer with stenosis of the spine which is worsened over the 9years on esa how can they take it off me now

So sorry you are going through this, it is hard to understand how some decisions are made.
If this was a first tier tribunal you can ask for a statemnet of reason which might explain more
You can only appeal to the UTT if there has been an error of law but it is unlikely and you will need a trained advisor to look at it
