Resisting the urge to put the heating on! I should be getting ready to get Gus out, threat of rain or otherwise.

@Catherine21 i hope you start feeling better soon, we learn to cope although its not always easy. I've had a cry today it would have been my sisters 55th birthday today. My niece put a post on Facebook, some beautiful pictures, some sad poignant words and the tears fell, as I told her how proud she will be seeing how well that she is doing and my Nephew is doing well to. I was then in tears watching joe & Stacey and then the second episode tonight of Waterloo Road. Life continues on, as we grief our loss"s.

@luv pink congratulations getting your PIP award that's really good news and no mean feat in this climate. It's good hearing some good news.

Back from 6.5 miles in the rain. How come 'light rain' forecast, is never light?
He always realises he is wet and uncomfortable, but only when actually out of the rain.

Aw poor Gus, he looks so sad in that second photo @Chris75_, bless him!
Sorry to hear you're still in a lot of pain and discomfort, were you able to speak to the GP yesterday @Amberpearl0 -
Thanks for your concern, DJ, but I do put it on. There's no way i'm copying next door; she sits in the dark with her coat on, she is that miserly! 🥶

Staffi
Dogs in general know how to appeal to our emotions, Staffies in particular! He does the Gismo from 'The Gremlins' routine, knowing i will fall for it!

I heard that Staffies are known as the "nanny dogs"😄 @Chris75_and I think thats so sweet😄

Thank you
I really didn't expect it as the last two assessments they reduced my award and I got it overturned on m.r
The stress of claiming over the years really took its toll on my health.

Thank you Mary.
I feel like I can focus on my health issues now and being the best I can be.
