Hello, thank you for adding me to your community. I'm here on behalf of my sibling who has special needs. I'd like to find out my rights as I am her only surviving relative now. Thank you.

Welcome to the community. Can you elaborate a little? What are you looking for in terms of your rights?
If you are their carer then you may be able to receive Carer's Allowance. Also if you are their carer there are certain legal rights - for example with regards to your work, and needing to take time off.
