Pip tribunal

Hi everyone hope your well. Just wondering how long is time scale for pip tribunals and how likely it is to win your case. My son has been waiting for his since march 2025. When first claimed pip he got nothing. Then after mandatory got 4 points daily 4 points mobility so now going to tribunal. He has sent in a lot of evidence. He suffers with phorsic arthritis he suffers with anxiety . He struggles to walk pain in feet and back. Recently been put on biologics for his condition. Occupational therapist had had a hand rail put up his stairs as only had one on one side. Has frames around both toilets help him get on off toilet. Sofa has had legs added for height help with his back. He has also had bath cushion for bath help get in out. They have pushed for a wet room with shower this would be safer for him. He drives manual car struggles with peddles as pain in feet. He drives to school and back only journey he does as has to take kids to school this journey he knows. He does not drive anywhere else. He can't go on unfamiliar journey without another person due to anxiety. We take him shopping or get shopping for him. Take him to doctor and hospital appointments. He was awarded 4 points mobility can walk 50 metres no more than 200 metres think that was the one. He struggles to talk to people needs support to do so. His wife gives him his medication by injection. I'm hoping when goes to tribunal they listen to his needs.
