Been awake all night,restless and in pain.

I've took paracetamol and I've put a hot water bottle on my knee

I have only managed to get outside once in 3 weeks because I have been unwell.

I may be able to venture out later but its very cold here.

I had been using the same grimy looking tea towel for years. I decided to be bold and bought a set of three fresh clean tea towels. It's surprising the difference a small change like that can make to your daily routines. I suppose the lesson I learned here is to treat myself a bit better and more respectfully.

Re:Pb burns. I know exactly what you mean. I've used the same tea towel(not yours) for what must be ten years now to ciean the back of my knees which reminds me I must put it in the washer one of these days.

Clothesline?? What on earth is that? Anyways I don't have a garden. I live in the middle of an island with loads of cars and buses whizzing by.
