    Oh that's annoying @Amberpearl but at least they've got you in again soon and you're not waiting months.

    Hope you recover quickly @Santosha12 I'm at the end of week 2 of covid recovery and this strain is exhausting!

    My grumble is I was woken up to the sounds of my dog being yelled at because he needed a bath asap and my cat was being sick on the carpet. So that was fun.

    Thanks very much @Albus_Scope, I do hope you're on the right side of getting rid of it and wish you well. It's only affected my throat really, felt like I'd swallowed a razor blade and temperature all over the place, mostly c 38/39 but went down to 35 5 the other night. The only 'benefit' was I couldn't vape 😅.

    I totally get that @Kookee I always try to remind myself that the thing will still be there when I'm ready to tackle it. Self care always comes first!

    I'm definitely over the worst of it now thanks @Santosha12 I also had the throat issues at the start of it, much to the amusement of workmates who got to speak to me during that first week. 😆

    @Amberpearl have you tried one of those raised toilet seats so you don't need to flex your knee as much, which might be less painful?

    Sorry - but I am having a grumble about posting images on SCOPE - how do we post images that we can see ?

    I realise that there must be a delay to allow Scope to check for any "naughties etc"…..

    Underneath the comment box there should be 5 little icons, if you use the second one along you should be able to add and post an image.

    You should also be able to copy the image and then paste it into the comment box.

    i do not understand delivery companies and their websites… i was at home waiting for a delivery.. the website said the driver was fifteen minutes away so i i was really a long way to my number 96.. driver was delivering parcel 88 .. so i went downstairs and found a note and a message on the phone saying sorry we missed you. i am fuming so angry.. i got the app and i will have the stuff delivered maybe to the shop down the road. but maybe better off i will not order from that company anymore since they use dpd as their delivery company. it is not fair .. now i have to wait until Monday. if the website updated properly i would have been downstairs earlier.. i doubt the app would work better. it is not the first time and not the first company… the driver moves around but does not update their location…. it is very unfair. it wasted my morning…… anyway…
