how do I refer to a user’s post so they get notified. I know it’s, for example, @fredflinstone, but I can never get it to work. Thanks.

you just put @ in front of the persons name.

You alert @FredFlintstone by putting an @ in front of his user name. It doesn't always work and there's no obvious pattern to explain why. It has nothing to do with operating system or browser.

Usually, if you have predictive text turn on,it doesn't work.

Do be aware that members have the facility to turn off tagging notifications.
If someone tags me I don't get notifications.
