hi all i received a letter from pension credits saying i need a review am worried as nothing has changed with my claim has this happend to anyone else and how long did it take thanks

@cheles99 I too have received one yesterday. It's about Pension Credit and Winter Fuel Payment and they want to make sure we get the right amount of Winter Fuel Payment. They say they will call within 8 weeks so I shouldn't worry about it too much.

i have just had one dont worry they take 6 to 8 weeks you can ring them if worried they sending out to lots of people good luck

Hi I'm Tricia, ounds like I had the same letter asking about savings, housing costs, personal or related pensions and any other income. Im wondering if any of you had the same questions mentioned above. I find it odd as I've been receiving PC for 3 years and this is the first time that I've received a letter like this. I would really appreciate it if anyone has received the same to let me know.

yes i did in august they sending lots of letters out dont worry its just to keep them up to date

I got one on 13th August saying they wanted to make sure their information was correct on 18th September. They said there was no need to contact them but they would contact me either by letter or phone in the near future it’s now November 22nd and still nothing. Even though i suppose you shouldn’t really worry if circumstances haven’t changed which mine haven’t it still feels like life’s been put on hold since August

dont worry i had the same they checking loads of people i had to wait for letter also give them a ring and chase them up
