hi everyone new to al but its a great site.

Just got my1st scooter from Green Power JH500 and regretting it already lol!

Need to remove battery for charging but haven't got clue so I hope to find some help on here

    Thanks for your reply yes there is a charge point but that's not issue. The scooter is completely dead and will not run. Its not the reset switch either but could be a loose connection.

    When charger plugged in and key turned on the screen lights up and charge shows full so something is not right.
