in Everyday life
I have to give a presentation on disability equalities at my local political party branch meeting. First time I have done anything like it. My nervs are through the roof.

    Plenty of planning beforehand will help. Then present it as if you were talking to just one person.

    In all likelihood the audience will be behind you and want you to succeed.
