    Ive deleted Facebook been spending hours on it going to be so hard as im actually addicted but I am weaning myself of it all and if it comes to the point I will replace my phone with a basic one see this is where I think they have an advantage as so many people addicted to phones and its a big deal im already feeling the urge to get it back

    Its really hard as I know hes at the end of his life's journey but he gets so spiteful its impossible ive forgiven him for alot but he still hurts me

    I'm not sure how this day is going be . I'm still not looking forward for it if i had be with my mum again today . is already been mixed emotion for me . my mum already angry at me once again today . is be mixed emotion of frustrated, anger and anxious and on edge .

    I met my daughters partner yesterday lovely guy I kept saying to myself dont over share dont interrupt act normal what did I do babbled for hour and a half about everything you name it when they left i was cringing inside I was talking about marble yes marble but he was lovely and im so pleased shes met a gentleman could tell he was smitten

    I have a room inspection on Wednesday.. the landlord or the agency inspecting the room.. I truly hate it. It makes me physically an mentally sick .

    I will have to tidy up. I feel awful and it is only Monday.....

    Anyway.. I can not stop it.. and it happens like twice or three times a year.

    Sounds very overwhelming hard to rest when your mind and body hurting try and make sure you drink and eat little and often take things day by day hour by hour things with the dwp will be sorted try to rest to get your strenght back so important big hugs

    For someone with anxiety and mental problems. People in my room is such an invasion of privacy..it really hurts. I understand my mess and now I have to tidy up just to make the agency happy. I just hate it I hope it will pass soon. I will spend tiomorrow doing some spring cleaning...

    Afternoon. Bad weather today. I am back home. I do not think I will go out tomorrow .. so depressing weather. I hope you're all ok so far... It is very scary to think about the future so I rather don't .. I am watching telly.. sleepless in Seattle at about seven today .

    Cheesie film but entertaining... Any film on the telly just to keep the mind busy… ...

    IIm Ok have to take it day by day one thing i am seeing is alot of people fighting back against alot of things so gives me some hope oh yes I love all the old films dont make them good anymore one that makes me laugh is dumb and dumber the van i still laugh everytime
