I read books every day. 95% are printed physical books. Some people look a little shocked when I tell them how many books I read a week - and I usually understate the number to be more socially acceptable ๐

I'd say at least 4 a week loads of genres, auto biographical especially political memoirs, thriller, light crime (nothing more graphic than a body or bit of blood), historical fictional medieval through to WWII, popular women's fiction, contemporary novels, the odd literary classic.
I find thrillers the most enjoyable because they get my heart rate up adrenaline going & can't turn the pages quick enough.
I've less patience these days for cutesy happy ever after romances, given my own disastrous love life ๐
