    Hi,

This sounds like a question for your Housing team.

If you can still pay the rent and still have the same support requirements then I don't see why you would have to move out?

It's a time frame thing with my self and I was not fit for work then they took this off because I didn't send a doctors note in other wise I would be covered as I suffer with anxiety and depression.

The Job Centre don't usually get involved with Housing.

Supported housing will be managed by an association or your local council. It is them who you need to ask about housing.

OK but there not very good and they have messed me about the last few weeks as I worry alot things gone missing ect and leaving me waiting been promised one thing one day and then another the next day its not going well I have raised the issue but its like oh well you will have to wait it makes me worse so I'm not very happy at the moment and it's adding more stress I don't need?

I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the Job Centre only deal with jobs or benefits. It is the housing people who decide whether you are allowed to stay in their housing once you start a Uni course. They are completely separate from the Job Centre.

As I said before, as long as you can still pay the rent, and still need the same support, I would expect them to let you stay. Obviously if you can't afford to pay the rent any more then they would have the right to ask you to move.

Have Universal Credit said whether you will still be entitled to any UC or Housing payments? Or will you now only have the student loan to live on?
