Good evening all . I am fuming because I could not speak to my friend on WhatsApp.. Vodafone signal is useless at home . I have to wait until Wednesday. I hope they fix it. General issue as my neighbour does not have internet either.

I am using the phone .. it has a very weak signal ...it is okfor messages but not calls.. anyway. We will talk next week.. if the internet is fixed. It is strange because Google works very bad. But WhatsApp is worse..

Im so angry recived letter of assessment with psychologist the way shes worded things is like she doesn't get it ok I know it can been seen as theses issues but has put join sun group for confidence one I joined sun group on zoom and required to show your face so I asked if I could show face quickly they said I could show half of my face on camera with sun glasses on which I did was awful then another client said she wasn't confident with me doing thid so I left also said attend in person to see therapist to help with my anxiety anxiety ??? None of these psychologist seem to understand body dismorphia I have bdd and other mental health ive just sent her a stern email basically saying you totally gaslight me and I dont appreciate that letter at all expressed that she doesn't live with what I do and her assessment is completely wrong if it was a confidence issue I would of got over years ago and if it was anxiety im sure I would be able to deal with on a daily basic so sick of these people tbh

I know it is frustrating...my last assessment with the mental health unit. Did change things I said. Or reinterpreted in a different way. I am not sure if they recorded or work on memory. Anyways... So when they sent me the review I had to email back about the things that were wrong. I did not get an email back... But they should record the meetings and they should view it several times before sending the report.. it is important they have it perfectly written.
